Three decades after the first British legislation on gender discrimination and the international recognition of women's rights, and on the heals of new legislation and policy initiatives in Britain, British scholars in various specialties of business analyze issues behind the under-representation of women in management and leadership positions, using original research not previously published. They cover issues, debates, perspectives, and institutions.
