Unequal axial length of eyeball and ocular tension

Abstract

In 13 anisometropes aged 8–16 years, measurements were made of refractive error, ocular tension and various ocular dimensions, including axial length by ultrasound. The eye with the greater axial and vitreous length had the significantly higher ocular tension.
