Abstract
This briefing shares key findings from a survey of Over 2000 adults in the UK shared their experiences of play in 1987 (or when they grew up if they were under 30 years old)and 2017. Almost 1000 adults responded from Scotland. The research provides a unique insight into how play has changed through time from the perspective of those who have lived through these changes.
