    Abstract

    By the end of this session participants will be able to:
    • Explain the key factors that negatively impact the mental wellbeing of our BAME & LGBTQ+ students.
    • Discuss ways in which inclusion and a sense of belonging can be cultivated and enhanced.
    • Identify actions that can be undertaken to prepare for new/returning students as they transition into University next session.
