Abstract

In this paper we propose a new method for determining architecture of a Sliding-n-rode fuzzy controller. The method uses the power of genetic algorithm (GA) for searching the optimal values of these parameters. For the computation of the fitness
function, GA uses the neural network model of the system. To demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed control, a real-time PMDC servo motor
speed control application is given at the end.
