Abstract
In 2021, the Scottish Government announced that Baroness Helena Kennedy QC would chair an independent Working Group on Misogyny and Criminal Justice in Scotland. This response to their consultation considers the scope to - and ways of - introducing an offence of misogynistic harassment into Scots law.
