    Abstract

    A method for scheduling users in a cellular environment (C 1 , C 2 , C 3 ) such that a Pareto optimal power control can be applied, includes determining whether a set of users (x 1 , x 2 , x 3 ) in the cellular environment fulfills a feasibility condition for the Pareto optimal power control, and in case the feasibility condition for the Pareto optimal power control is not fulfilled, modifying the SINR targets of the users (x 1 , x 2 , x 3 ) such that the feasibility condition for the Pareto optimal power control is fulfilled.
