This report is part of a wider programme of work: Environmental Determinants of Public Health in Scotland (EDPHiS). EDPHiS is a multi-disciplinary collaborative research project funded by the Scottish Government, which is designed to inform the development of policy on environment and health in Scotland. EDPHiS is part of the Scottish Government Good Places, Better Health (GPBH) Initiative whose recent prototype phase focused on how young people in Scotland experience the physical environment, and how that impacts on the four GPBH priority health-related effects of obesity, unintentional injuries, asthma, and mental health and well-being.
