Abstract
When I was asked by one of the editors of the IEEE Electrical Insulation Magazine to write an editorial for the magazine, I found that, at least for the last few years, few of the editorials had been written by a lady! It is an honor for me to write this editorial, and also an opportunity for which I am grateful.
