To this end a testbed capable of supporting degradation of components and instrumentation has been designed, manufactured and commissioned. It has specifically been designed to replicate five component and instrumentation faults with high accuracy and repeatability for different degrees of severity. This paper documents the design process and shows some of the capabilities of this platform.",
