Abstract

Conflict of Laws statutes has been designed to be used primarily by students of private international law. It has been compiled to provide an up-to-date selection of the relevant UK, European and International legislation which is most frequently referred and is as such appropriate for inclusion in a book of this nature. It also serves the purpose of providing a collection of unannotated legislative texts for use in examination situations.
