In the wake of the financial crisis, the risk culture of financial organisations has come under significant industry, regulatory and academic scrutiny. This article looks at research that examines the UK financial regulator’s approach to culture. The authors were particularly interested in the amount of regulatory guidance on managing risk culture actually available for practitioners and financial services firms.
