Abstract

This paper proposes a new agent-oriented development methodology to tackle complex systems. The methodology highlights the three perspectives of multi-agent system architecture. It extends and rationalises the conventional agent-oriented developments. Development steps of this new methodology follow a linear life cycle in detail. A multi-agent system for a community surgery is studied to illustrate the proposed methodology.
