    Abstract

    Image visualisation is an important tool for Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) imaging. This paper analyses the requirements for the visualisation of brain EIT images, examines some available medical image visualisation software packages, and compares the features each offers. Finally, a discussion of the utility of these packages for the visualisation of brain EIT images has been provided.
