Description
The Moffat Centre is pleased to submit this proposal to fulfil Perth & Kinross Council requirement for the provision of services for appraising and forecasting the income from Tourism Accommodation within the Tay Cities Deal Region.
Perth & Kinross Council on behalf of the Local Authorities of Angus, Dundee and Fife wish to commission research services to help advise if a feasibility study should be undertaken in regard to the Visitor Levy (Scotland) Act 2024. To inform this situation it is suggested that a short appraisal estimating the potential income from eligible tourism accommodation providers be calculated and a forecast of future income be determined.
