Supporting knowledge boundary crossing research for the Welcome Trust funded projects cohort on climate change mitigation

Project Details

Description

The opportunity comes via the Welcome Climate & Health Team and is focussed on developing a dedicated cohort support programme, over three years for Welcome funded G7 Mitigation award holders and teams. The ten research teams, forming the cohort, have secured funding via the call focused on “Advancing climate mitigation policy solutions with health co-benefits in G7 countries”. The project would be supporting research development, amplifying impact and connection between the 10 granted international research projects funded by the Welcome Trust on Climate mitigation. The project is clearly aligned with GCU's areas of strength and current themes, as well as future developments on climate and social justice. The project would be led by Vitae as a researcher development key professional body.
