Description
To supply VisitScotland with a reliable mechanism for assessing the levels of occupancy (measure appropriate for each sector) for serviced and non-serviced accommodation sectors.
To design data collection methods which make it time efficient for businesses to provide their data, thereby increasing participation in the research
To collate a robust sample of occupancy data across the serviced and non-serviced sectors of Scotland to allow for regional and localised reporting, and interrogation of data at a granular level.
