Description
The main scientific objective is to determine the best method to quantitatively extract PFOA and PFOS and determine their recoveries from two diverse food matrices such as tomato and milk.
It is anticipated this project will provide excellent practical experience and confidence building for a student interested in pursuing a career in analytical chemistry. The student will be given initial training on all aspects of the project and supervision when required.
