Investigating hepatic p53-mediated neutrophil suppression in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis

Project Details

Description

To characterise how the dynamics of p53 signalling relate to neutrophil infiltration,
NET formation, and disease progression in diet-induced NASH-T2DM
2. To determine mechanisms that underpin neutrophil-suppressive p53 activity in NASHT2DM
3. To examine the efficacy of neutrophil and NET-targeted therapies in preventing dietinduced NASH-T2DM
Short titlep53-neutrophils-NASH
