To identify the optimal candidate health care settings and detailed intervention pathways in which to provide testing for HIV, Hepatitis B & Hepatitis C in people at highest risk of Blood Borne Viruses (BBVs) in Scotland, in order to reduce undiagnosed infections, increase linkage to care for those not in treatment and ultimately improve health and reduce/eliminate BBV transmission in the Scottish population.
