Description
GCU and German Jordanian University (GJU) will parter up to help to Strengthening pathways into employment for women graduates from their programmes. The employability’s data shows rate for women in Jordan was lower compared to men, and there were efforts being made to improve female empowerment and employment opportunities in the country.
Intersectionality will be focused in this proposal as well, which address one or more of the priority themes in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion areas are encouraged (e.g. age, disability, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation and socio-economic background).
