Description
An Evaluability Assessment is recommended to help the Scottish Government decide whether and how to evaluate the impact of the combined policy/legislation alongside the use of methodologies and tools.
This is a proposal to develop an ‘Evaluation Framework and Evaluation Brief/tender document’ for the evaluation of safe staffing policy/legislation/interventions in Scotland. This will be conducted using the Evaluability Assessment framework (Craig P. and Campbell M. 2015. Evaluability Assessment: a systematic approach to deciding whether and how to evaluate programmes and policies. What Works Scotland: Working paper).
