Cross-platform mobile game prototype for Gamified Recruitment

Project Details

Description

Gamification makes non-game activities feel like games. The entry of Millennials or Gen Z candidates into the job market, coupled with their increased interest in technology, increases the likelihood of gamification becoming a successful strategy for recruitment. Bobbll is focusing on gamifying their recruitment process product offering. In the original Standard Innovation Voucher, a white paper was created and outlined in specific what games and how games can extract information that will be useful to recruiters. The white paper will serve as a first building block for developing the games for recruitment in various sectors.

The prototype to be developed in this project will employ a cross-platform mobile game framework. Users can access the games through social media platforms or Bobbll application form. The API will be used to capture game log data. At the back end, a database will be utilized to store game data. The major goal of this prototype is to incorporate reuse-based games to evaluate candidates' soft skills.
