The Moffat analysis will review published data on analogous route ways globally in order to:
- Provide valid benchmarking knowledge
- Details examples of best practice
- Identify Critical Success Factors
- Apply knowledge to the context of the Clyde 100
Review relevant development options and provide high level indicators on feasibility and development options for the route
Review the current structure for the delivery of Clyde 100
Drawing on the above work elements, undertake an interactive meeting with stakeholders (private and public sector) to agree and rank in importance the key product elements and marketing themes to be incorporated into a Clyde 100 Concept.
