Description
Currently, Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells produce retrovirus particles, which must be removed from products created using the CHO cell line. The intended outcome of this protocol is to isolate viral RNA from the retrovirus particles produced by CHO cells, allowing the RNA to be sequenced.
