Research interests

My research interests are in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, gender diversity and corporate risk taking. My research outputs have featured in international journals like Journal of International Finance and Economics, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting and more. My teachings are primarily focused on Corporate Finance, International Financial Management and Derivatives & Securities Analysis.
