Research interests

Lynn joined GCU in 2015 as a Nurse Researcher in the Safeguarding Health through Infection Prevention (SHIP) Research Group and has recently commenced a new post as a Data Coordinator for the TOPSY trial in NMAHP.

Lynn began her career as an Immunologist after graduating from the University of Glasgow in 2000 and in 2004 trained as a nurse.  After graduating in 2007 from Glasgow Caledonian University as a registered nurse, she began her clinical career within a general and plastic surgery ward.  Bringing together Lynn’s interest and experience in Science and Nursing, in 2009 she took up a Research Nurse post within the Glasgow Clinical Research Facility (GCRF) and then worked as a Project Manager of a large multisite clinical trial study prior to joining GCU.
