Research interests
My research falls within the broad area of public service transformation and especially the areas of value co-creation, inter-organisational relationships, service design, innovation and co-production. I have studied various public service areas, including social security, housing and care services to explore the efficacy of internal business processes, innovative design approaches, collaborative relationships and the impact on service users, communities and society.
