Research interests

Dr. Kate Boyle is a Lecturer and Programme Leader for the MSc Human Resource Management fulltime progamme at Glasgow Caledonian University. She previously sat on the Editoral Advsory Board for Industrial and Commercial Training, and the Editorial Review Board for Gender in Management. She has experience in teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate on topic areas such as professional development, employment and industrial relations, international HRM, and research methods. Her current reseach interests include identity at work, ideational power and rhetoric in the context of industrial relations.
