Research interests
Jack joined the Yunus Centre in 2015. His research interests include work integration, social enterprise, job quality and social justice more broadly.
Jack’s PhD research concerned the role of Scottish work integration social enterprises in the health and well-being of individuals disadvantaged in the labour market. Jack employed a Q Methodology approach to gather shared perspectives about job quality amongst those experiencing disadvantages and he tied this together with how WISEs negotiate aspects of job quality.
