Spring Servitization Conference

Description

I was a part of the Advance Service Groups exhibition stand at the World Servitization Convention 2020. My participation involved exhibiting the DEAS game which was developed in an EPSRC funded project that investigated ‘How can innovative digital technologies enhance the communication, education and engagement of customers about DEAS?’. As part of this exhibition I developed an informational video to provide an overview of the research project, which was accessible to the visitors, I enabled them to access and play the game online and I also spoke to the visitors on the virtual stand to answer any questions regarding this research.
