Along with a colleguee, Catherine Cremer, I provided consultancy on a specifc project co-funded by the Council of Europe and the Norwegian Government, to scope out isseus linked to the use of imprisonment and factors associated with re-offednign in Armenia, with the aim of helping the experts in Armenia to start to develop a risk assessment tool and specific policy guidance to inform sentencing and release decisions and with a goal of reducing the use of imprisonment in Armenia.
